"Luxoft is a company that allows cooperation in an international environment. I often have the opportunity to learn about a new culture and a different employee's approach to duties and problem-solving. Unfortunately, the company promotes working overtime and assigning responsibilities to those who can cope better. The company also does not pay fairly."

"I work in this company more than 2 years and I can say that all people are nice and very helpful here. I received a lot of trainings before joining the team. Managers are supportive and very matter-of-fact approach to duties. The company seems to be a great solution for people who like a lot of responsibilities and hard work. There is tacit consent to work overtime just to complete all your tasks. This year, the company will not give any raises."

Support of other people makes the job a lot easier. Projects require a lot of time and resources so work-life balance often does not exist due to the large number of duties. Also, many meetings could be emails. The company doesn't pay much."

A lot of support is provided in the form of helpdesk of Finance , HR , IT and other departments that help you to understand the different departments. They also have a single portal UI for all work that is called Lux Home, that makes life much easier."
