"I have enjoyed working for M Timm Development and have always felt supported with the Corporate Office. The downside is there is not a lot of room for growth/advancement, since the office is out of California, and I manage for them in Colorado. Pay is decent, but could be better, especially for the area. The position can be quite stressful at times, but having a good crew helps that."
