"Add the required skills and team - Training, Quality, Transition/Migration teams."

"The company expanded too quickly therefor they did not testing and many of the departments lacked proper support."

"Test the new applications on a non production network before putting it into production."

"Challenge of working with different systems on a daily basis , from large low speed diesels to hydraulic systems to alarm monitoring systems"

"Very little, job is both rewarding and challenging. The industry is changing has the pressure for cutting cost will be come a safety issue"
