Not full filling their expectations of the maintenance crew and being in a dream cloud of lowering costs with old machines and missing parts at stock room and people not being trained properly to achieve knowledge."

"Due to the economy, it was not economical for the company to stay in the area. Plant Closed"

"Keep doing everything right! The company is growing fast! Good luck keeping up with the demands!"

"Be positive and very team oriented. This is a very diverse culture also striving for continous improvement."

"Individual recognition as opposed to Team recognition. It is hard to drive team work when recognize individuals."

"Continue to empower all employees and recognize teams not individuals. The only way to maintain success is to have buy-in from the top down."

"Every day was a new experience. The people were great to work for/with. It may sound to uppety, but I truly enjoyed the work, and I understand my lay-off was purely a business decision, not personal."

"When I first started, the company looked to keep employees happy for the wrong reasons. With the economy as it is now, to retain your employment your associates will do what is necessary. If they do not there are others who will!"

"Continue to get the associates involved in the business, by doing so the vision can be shared, and development continues."
