"The behind the scenes politics in management. If you went from hourly to salary and did not have someone in management that could grandfather you into salary, the job was difficult to learn."

"Things are starting to get better. A lot of the behind the scenes politics are being eliminated, but it still seems that in order to get a salary position you have to know someone."
