"If you are smart and work hard we will not hire you. If you no you can't make it elsewhere and am willing to unethical things we are for you. We will not promote blacks"

"As a supervisor I am told to hold people back. The yes men are in my pocket. My manager told me to give the minorities the shitty work."

"Not work for my father in law who was given a company"

"Sorry, company no longer in business due to lack of training and loss of money."

"The training to the other employees. Because of not properly trained, lost a lot of money, and our pay was cut."

"The instability. In the last week, the CEO, Plant Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Planner have all quit to pursue new opportunities."

"Go into the interview with an open mind and be truthful with your responses."

"The behind the scenes politics in management. If you went from hourly to salary and did not have someone in management that could grandfather you into salary, the job was difficult to learn."

"Things are starting to get better. A lot of the behind the scenes politics are being eliminated, but it still seems that in order to get a salary position you have to know someone."
