"I love speaking and meeting new people each and every day. As a National Casino Marketing Coordinator, I would expect to have more work. I enjoy having a list of tasks to accomplish each day, but at my job I finish all my work in one day, and then have nothing to do for the rest of the week. Very frustrating."
"A Marketing Coordinator plays many roles. What I loved about it was using my digital marketing skills to reach a new audience and truly engage them with the brand. I also loved working with people on exchanging ideas and collaborating.What I didn't like was that it was a contract role. I wanted to use my skill-sets to drive more business and grow with the company, but unfortunately, the contract ended after several months. Other than that, I'm grateful for the opportunity."
"I don't think marketing is a fulfilling line of work, unless you're at a company you believe in, marketing a product that you believe in. On the other hand, I started at a small company where there was room to take on a lot of responsibility, which gave me the opportunity to do a variety of projects that filled out my resume in preparation for future opportunities."

"I think the Company is good, Good Benefits, Nice People, community involvement, health programs."

"Everyone is friendly and laid back. Make sure you know a bit about what they do, and be confident."
What don't you like about working at Kärcher?
"Not a lot of inter departmental communication, more training would be good"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More empowerment to complete task. I would like to own specific tasks and/or areas of the workflow. More empowerment."

What do you like about working at BancTec?
"It was my introduction to Corporate America, and it gave me the experience I needed to work successfully within a large company. I learned many skills that still serve me well today."
What don't you like about working at BancTec?
"Executive level/upper management was often inaccessible. New policies were often slow to be implemented, and occasionally implemented poorly. Employee perks (holiday parties, company picnics, etc.) were gradually phased out during my tenure there due to a loss of profitability; understandable, but sad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since the division of the company I worked for no longer exists, I'm not sure if I have any suggestions or constructive criticism that would be pertinent at this point."

"Gaining experience in my field and an insider knowledge of the recruiting industry."

"Great company for conservative, traditional employees. Life sucking for creative and outside the box thinkers."

"The pay is terrible, lack of career growth and old school, traditional values."

"Treat employees as human beings and not just numbers or data points."

"The openness that I have with my manager. There is no topic off limits and she is always open to discuss any issues with me in a proactive manor."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is not an easy job. During busy season there is very little work/life balance. You can expect to work a minimum of 70 hours a week for 6 weeks straight. When it is slow season, it is painfully slow."
What don't you like about working at Columbus Citizens Foundation?
"There is no additional room for me to grow withing the organization, nor is there any room to grow in terms of salary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to figure out how to spread the work that we do year round. When it is busy season, there is barely anytime to do simple things like eat and sleep. But when it is slow, we struggle to stay busy."

"I wouldn't join this organization,they are nearly bankrupt and not doing well financially."

"Poorly managed, the CEO never had a grand vision for the company."

"Ger rid of the current CEO and put the VP of business development in charge."

"Self-aggrandizement is frowned upon. Humbly present your stellar qualifications in your interview and continue this attitude in your work. (This does not mean that you can't shine, though!)"

"At times one could feel the press of bureaucracy, which is difficult to avoid in a major research university."

"I suggest that the positive work culture be maintained by continuing policies that nurture employees' professional, and personal, growth."

"The company culture is very relaxed but at the same time we were always focused in the game. Team work was a must!"

"This is a great company to work for, make sure that you understand that this is a small company, but your are in for a great ride."

"A bit old fashioned in their marketing efforts, focusing too much on newspaper/magazine advertising."
