I have been here for 2 years, and gone through 2 different managers and it seems like nothings changed. I love the people, I just need something new."

One of the only issues with my specific Marshalls was the lack of reprimanding that occurred for those employees who called out regularly or chose not to show up to a shift entirely. They are very gracious when it comes to attendance. Overall, Marshalls has given me the opportunity to gain valuable customer service skills and advance various skill sets, and I recommend this job if you are looking for something hourly."
