"It is in the Healthcare community calling into Life Science companies and Hospitals."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I am the first person hired as a temp to cold call and try to get additional business. If someone is interviewing for this position, I recommend that they have their own contacts to call if possible and ask many questions of current clients and titles of the people who bought the service."

What don't you like about working at Masco Corp.?

"There are no databases for me to look at to get names to cold call. I have to find the companies, find names using Linked In, cold call and try to find the appropriate person to speak with about our services."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To buy a list that includes Companies, Names, Titles, phone numbers and emails so a sales person can make many more cold calls and not spending as much time researching."

"Being able to schedule jobs on my own time, and being able to use my own creative mind for merchandising."

"To be as friendly as possible and to be willing to learn techniques in visual merchandising."

"I can't say anything negtive about this job, because it was great for while I was in school."

"They were great to work with and thorough with training, so I don't have any suggestions for them to change."
