"I worked at Mazda for almost 20 years. It is a good company to work for as far as benefits are concerned. Salaries are maybe not as high as at other places for certain jobs. If you work hard and are well respected, it is a good place to work."

"Be sure you take a job that fits your skill sets. Don't try to over sell yourself just to get a job. That hurts everyone else on the team as well as you because you may become frustrated in your job."
