"I've worked with McDermott past 3 years. And my personal opinion, that some people are low qualified for positions which they handle. And being an enthusiastic dedicated worker with patience to new knowledge and challenges - that's not what the company is seeking. I had the chance to met great people on both of my Projects, and I love the flexibility with McDermott. I wish I would have more management support."
