"Monitor the multiple locations and divisions of MedAssets to ensure the published Mission, Morals, and Values are really being implemented. Investigate the real work enviorments and management practices and acknowledge that the self serving clics and good old boys club is not the companies future but a tiresome and ineffective throwback to era long gone."

"Until the mess that is IT cleans up I would steer clear."

"There is no strong management, for IT, from the director level or above which causes the complaints to fall on deaf ears and mistakes to be repeated over and over."

"Start trusting in the work being performed by the people who report up to you. If you continue to undermine your staff by bringing in contractors and vendors to tell you exactly what your staff has been saying all along you will no have a knowledgable staff for very long."
