"Medpace is a great company for people starting out in their careers."
"My time at Medpace was enjoyable and allowed me to put my professional skills to the test immediately after graduation. I had some tremendous supervisors and coworkers, the Medpace campus is a great place to work. I felt that the compensation was a little low, however. In my position, my work was mostly autonomous, and my workload was appropriate. Overall it was a great experience."
"Not the best place to work. Great that they have free lunch and workout facilities but those are the best perks they have. Very little positive feedback from upper management. I have not received much in the way of salary increases and the health insurance is very expensive. I have been there 3 years and am looking to move onto a happier workplace"
"Slow to hire. Quick to fire. No career advancement training."
"Company ran on intimidation, fear and bullying. AVOID!"
What do you like about working at Medpace?
"Great coworkers, willing to go above and beyond. Free lunch, free gym on site."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Avoid this company and look for a different one. CPU hires based on the way the applicant looks because the Director thinks that they have the best success with an employee who has certain physical features."
What don't you like about working at Medpace?
"Over bearing bullying Director, leads by intimidation and fear. Unsafe practices related to blood bourne pathogens/handwashing/glove changing, as well as unsafe employee scheduling practices. Afraid that I could lose my nursing license due to many of the practices."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a Director who actually has some medical background so he can understand the issues with not washing hands and changing gloves between subject blood draws. Also so when a subject is sick or passing out, he will allow the nursing staff to care for the subject, and not tell them the subject is ok...when he or she really isn't. Your director in CPU is a legal nightmare, a ticking time bomb for a lawsuit the way he screams and threatens staff. He truly needs anger management and communication classes."
What do you like about working at Medpace?
"My CRA peers and other staff that I worked closely with were very supportive and a great team."
