I have been told on numerous occasions that I will never receive another raise as long as I work for this company, which I have worked for for 14 years...I have also been told that if I make a legitimate complaint about an employee I had a complaint with I would be fired and damn the consequences. it is getting to the point that they know jobs are hard to find so they are really getting mean to the employees that have to stay and work here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wish they would realize that since they have done a lot of lay offs their are employees here who have taken on 3 or 4 people worth of work without raise and without complaint, you need to treat your employees with a modicum of respect."
