"It is a sympathetic company in view of certain personal matters."
What don't you like about working at Millwood?
"Having certain people who are control freaks and like to micro manage. Also, having a sales force who puts their priorities first to gain financial success more so than really caring what was in the best interest for the Youngstown facility!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you hire someone good, let them do what they know and are goos at, which is why they were hired in the first place. Take out the intrusive controlling consultant they have on board."
