"I worked for MMB for nearly two years. I went there to find opportunity in doing fully integrated work but the founders are very focused on traditional broadcast and make it very hard to incorporate digital strategy and concepts into client work. This is important because digital communications are here to stay, so if you're not moving alongside technology, you're not growing. Upsides, you can bring your dog to work. Atmosphere is cool in a converted warehouse. Hours are reasonable except for during pitches--which is normal. Competition is fierce for creative teams. Great people work there but if you're looking to do any kind of digital marketing--you might want to give them a few years to catch up."
"MMB is a fantastic place to work. Being independent and creatively owned, our leadership's commitment to putting forth the best possible concepts is unlike anything I've experienced before. We're an open agency and I feel comfortable walking into the ECD office any day. There's always heaps of food available. Your dog is welcome to come to work on Fridays and in general the culture is simply amazing."
"The partners are all Creatives and there are no processes, no quality control and no accountability. Roles and responsibilities are unclear and management is unable (or willing) to provide direction or deal with conflict when it arises. The odd juxtaposition to the sloppy operations is that the are very uptight when it comes to showing individuality in thought or even in decorating your desk. It's generally an unfriendly and unhappy place to work."
