"My first project was fun: I did POS visiblity for AmEx. The 2nd project was less fun, but I have dome worse jobs: I was resetting DVD racks at best Buy"

"Get the pay scale explained fully: and be prepared to say No if it is too low."

What don't you like about working at Mosaic Sales Solutions?

"The pay is very low. On the 2nd project, they screwed me out of mileage and paid me for fewer hours than expected. One oddity is that they pay for mileage to your destination but not back. (There was a way to game this on the AmEx project: I went to the farthest point on my route and worked my way back home, even though this was an inefficient way to work the route.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clearer pay structure. Better information."

"Let them know that they do not have opportunity to advance and the raises will be very little."

"Appreciate you employees and give them little prizes and recognition when they do a good job. Try to increase the pay. Pay more than 33 cents per gallon."
