"I've worked for Moto United for 3 plus years and it has been full of ups and downs. I've loved the team we've built from the ground up and have thoroughly enjoyed watching people grow and develop. My frustration is with the lack of discipline and gratitude shown by the ownership. In brief, lots of promises and no delivery. There is tons of potential if the owner can buckle down and stick with the strategy and not chase the next shiny thing."
