"I've worked for MS-IL for about a year. I absolutely love it because it's a growing company, and the fact I'm very passionate about the staffing industry, I attribute a lot to this organization. However, there are lots to be worked on within this organization. One of the main focuses that needs to be worked on is the lack of communication. Secondly working as a team. Within this organization the team effort is not at a level where it should be. The upper management team is not very supportive."
