"The part I love about being a multimedia specialist is the different schools of learning I get to work with. Sometimes I have a project from the biology department, and sometimes from the English department. The only part I dislike is that some schools do not see value in what I create."

"It was never very high pressure, fairly relaxed on most occasions."

"Relax, it's not that hard, and no one ever holds you accountable."
What don't you like about working at Louisiana State University?
"Unfortunately, nothing was done. This was killer when it came time to showcase."

"Learn your job, do your job, don't worry about other people."

"Contract work, so you're never sure if you will still have a job."

"To make sure that you fully understand that once you have worked for them for a year and want to continue working for them, you would have to work part time"
What don't you like about working at Yoh?
"That you can work full time for the company for a year and then if you want to continue working, you have to work part time"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To figure out ways to give certain employees a possibility to work full time after working for them for a certain amount of time"
What do you like about working at Penn State University?
"I like the atmosphere around campus during the school year and the benefits are really good."

"As long as you can get an interview you're fine. A large portion of the time, however, it seems to be more about who you know than what you know."
What don't you like about working at Penn State University?
"There is a close-minded, stuck-in-the-past attitude throughout a large portion of the University. The culture on the faculty/staff side of things is very political and petty."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would actually lead the University in the manner that it should be led. I wouldn't cave to public/media outcries or opinion. I would stand up for and defend the University for the wonderful place it is."

"It was a great place to work, in it's time. Wonderful folks to be be around."

"The people - the leadership I worked under was not afraid to allow folks to take on multiple roles to help get the job done - a true team environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In it's day it was a great business - it helped me to grow, as an individual, and supported me and my family comfortably for over 20 years. But times change."
What don't you like about working at Dex One?
"That the industry took too long to recognize the importance of digital leads generation and online advertising, and continued to pin the company's future on the print product."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The changing of the guard has happened - its a new era, with a different approach to how to run a successful business. Embrace the change and realize that the 'old' way of thinking is just that - old."

"This job has given me excellent experience in management and presentations."
What do you like about working at Health Net?
"I've developed wonderful experience working at Health Net that has enabled me to grow professionally, technically, and socially. I've sharpened my presentation skills, development knowledge, and overall production speed. Though the atmosphere and corporate environment does not appeal to me the jobs and responsibility have been terrific."

"If you're looking for a stable marketing, writing, or basic graphic design job Health Net is a good start."
What don't you like about working at Health Net?
"I don't like the dull atmosphere, poor management, slow job turn around, and it's been very slow for five months now which makes me feel my job may be in jeopardy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions for management is to simply be aware of what is going inside the department."
What do you like about working at GDIT?
"Diversity of work, room to grow, positive team mentality. I have been given some wonderful opportunities for growth including personnel management, business development, and event planning experience that I would not have experienced in an ad agency."

"Provide examples of your success during the interview if given the opportunity. Go in to the interview with as much knowledge about the company as possible."
What don't you like about working at GDIT?
"Bureaucracy of working for a publicly traded government contractor can feel counter-productive to customer service. Additionally, requirements for small business contracts make GDIT less competitive in the current economic climate, especially in the Dayton region."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let your employees work with autonomy as much as possible, but continue to check in on them regularly before administrative issues become larger problems."
What do you like about working at Avisar?
"It was a flexible working environment with tons of opportunities to learn to programs and expand your vision."

"Just stay honest and be excited to work for a government agency."
What don't you like about working at Avisar?
"It was a small company. I was their first employee and all job duties were not made aware to me in the beginning."

"To clearly demonstrate what the government managers are looking to see in production."
