"Unless you're family or a part of the same deer lease, don't expect to progress or get a raise. The "Good ole' Boy" system is ruining this facility. Employees want to work and want to take pride in their company. The facility level management are failing their employees."

"The Arkansas office is not really one I would suggest but the other offices are great!"

"The people under the VP in this division (arkansas) are very corrupt. They have spilled the vision over into the dirt."

"Hire real managers that are not afraid to get rid of people who do not deserve the position they are in and quit chasing women that you work with!!!!"
