"I don't believe I found anything that struck me as being unacceptable. There to perform a mission by understanding the objectives, utilizing all available resources, and getting the job done was what each team as tasked with."

"Keep evolving and getting better with each successful completion and don't be afraid to have critical retrospective review if you don't succeed each and every time."

"Navistar is currently facing some trouble with stockholders, the removal of leadership, and employee retention. However, they are a historic and great company, and I am sure they will emerge from the current turmoil and be even stronger for it."

"Much of the IT has been outsourced in recent years so the personal relationships with team members has diminished significantly"

"Everyone is afraid of change. Throw up roadblocks to stop progress. Process are poorly defined, change often and incredibly inefficient."
