"make sure to not accept any work unless you are assigned that work. Do not try to be the nice guy and help people out, because they won't help you."

"no body really wants to work together, they talk about sports instead of working and leave me to answer phones and take on issues."

"try to implement things the workers as for, such as a knowledge base that would alleviate alot of the tension/stress in most of our lives."
