"No. Our company was acquired by Neustar, so I got in without an interview. I would suggest, for developers, to know Java, Python, Web technologies, and to state that they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that a job is done properly and in a timely manner."
What don't you like about working at Neustar?
"Not easy to advance into new, interesting roles. Long hours, not much support if you did not know how to complete a particular task. Oftentimes found myself in a shark tank."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take work-life balance into account. Use the Scrum methodology properly, and allow work that could not be completed to be placed back onto a work backlog instead of insisting it be completed in an unreasonable timeframe."
