"Working at New American Funding has been a great experience so far. I do not have anything but great things to say. They are respectful, encouraging, and very resourceful. I have great respect for the company. I love the operations team and all my managers were very well put together and knew how to show leadership. I love it."
"New American Funding is a leading lender in the mortgage industry and being a part of a company that changes people's lives feels very fulfilling! New American Funding leaders put an emphasis on their company culture and cultivating a positive employee experience every day. New American Funding does have room to grow as far as better compensation and benefits, employee resources, and growth opportunities, but it is overall a great place of employment."
"great organization to work for. I am grateful to have been a part of the team."
"Poor training. Great people to work with. Sink or swim"
"I have worked with New American funding since 2017 and had little knowledge being mortgage beside helping take payment while I was at Chase. I started as a customer service rep and got insight of the process of how a mortgage loan worked. I learned to identify how an escrow worked. The knowledge behind foreclosure was a must for new home buyers. After 6 month I was promoted to be a private mortgage insurance specialist and dealt with reporting to our investors about PMI. I worked with loan underwriting to help set up PMI for new boarding loans. I love New American Funding and how they have helped me evolve to my new career and the continuing of learning mortgage."
"New American Funding is at the top of the mortgage field for technology, programs, and customer service but most of all for true leadership. They have a passion for the industry as a whole and give back in so many ways to make our industry better across the nation as mentors, educators, and influencers."
"Not applicable I don’t feel I need to write a review for my employer as it’s not relevant."
"Good company to work for. They leave you alone and not micromanaged. But if you came from a company with a much better IT department and know what they are doing, be careful here as the system is not being used to its full capacity. Particularly in Encompass."
"good very good. amazing company"
"Well this is my review for New American Funding. If you like to being watched and never have a life then this is the job for you. The manager doesn’t interact with the employees he has his “Leads” do all the work while he stays in his office. They promise promotions that never come, just to keep you at a lower wage."
"New American Funding is a great company to work for, as you are able to learn more about your own position and fulfill more tasks within your role. The training is excellent, and the company organization is spectacular. My only two complaints are compensation and responsibility within the processing role. We are required to do much more, with less time than in most other processing roles."
"It was an average experience with my employer"
"No review not applicable not"
"Nothing about working here was for me."
"Horrible far beyond any workplace I have experienced"
