"I worked as a software developer intern at NFP for the summer in 2018. The overall atmosphere was great and the people there were very helpful and inclusive. I thought that the program for technology interns was a little chaotic and unorganized, but I was happy that I got to start and finish a real project where I was also able to present it to the company and receive feedback on it."
"During my internship at NFP, I worked on multiple projects especially, prepping, cleaning and visualizing data."
"I started my journey being data analyst at NFP. I worked there for my summer internship. I developed a people analytics model based on multi variate regression on sales team. This model will now and in future will help company take better hiring decisions, better client selection and also point out towards the weak link in the team. This project was the focus of my internship. Other than that I helped with data cleaning, validating and developing a workflow across various platforms such as salesforce and epic. I also developed reports and dashboards on various programs for the quarterly reports."
