"Management with ability and capability to finished the work on a given dead lines. Time management is always the best in performing perfect project in management."

"The responsibilities and authority as a owner's representative. The different professional people that I encounter everyday.The different location of the jobsite and the strick dead line to complete the job."

"They have to try and seek for themself what opportunity growth they can get from this company. If the company promise them anything better put it in writing."

"No benefit, more hours to work without compensation, unjustifiable deduction from your paycheck and the treatment that you will get from the owner."

"My suggestions for management is that all employees should be treated equal in terms of benefit and all suggestions regarding workers and jobs conditions should be acted accordingly with consideration."
