"I went to work with OCG Build last year. They offered me a better package than the one I had and their upper level management seemed great at the time. Sadly the company was in a very negative cash flow position. The root of the problem relied on an absurd high direct cost and a poor execution of projects. After funding their operations in high interest loans the company was basically with no cash to support its staff salaries and compensation. It was really sad to see how much they tried to keep the business afloat and I wish they can really adjust and find the way to success."
