"to succeed you MUST show ACCOUNTABILITY in everything you do, regardless of who is actually at fault. Appeasement is the key to survival. The staff is excellent and everyone has your back. Great place to work, fast advancement, great pay with regular 10% raises...just have to be thick skinned."

"poor treatment of my team members by the owners of the company, owners VERY prejudiced, will not invest in technologies to improve the quality of our service"

"become and EOE, treat your employees with respect, create a budget for internal technology purchases"
