"Ok company to work for. Financial services are not so great but other opportunities are good."
"I have worked for Oracle for just shy of a year. I was introduced to the company via a friend. I loved my team. Respected my boss. I enjoyed tremendously what I did. With that said, Oracle has many cracks in the process. They expected a team of 8 to go out, sell and sell rapidly. It takes time to win customers over. It takes time to scope out the right requirements for the work asked. It takes time to find the right combination that will make the customer successful. Nothing happens overnight."
"I've worked at Oracle for 7 months as a Business Development Consultant. The social aspects of this role and company are phenomenal, as well as the work-life balance overall. However, there is massive mistrust with the organization as a whole. The compensation structure is completely screwed, there's always massive turnover for a number of reasons, and it consistently feels like its 1st graders running an organization and giving orders to kindergartners."
"I've worked for oracle for a year now, I would like to leave for greener pastures."
"Oracle is good company for taking on challenges at any point in your career. There’s a lot of room to grow."
"Definitely a great company to work in."
"Oracle is the largest independent elevator company in the United States and growing stronger everyday."
"I have worked for Oracle for almost 4 years. Its a great place to learn technology and team mates were very co operative."
"Been there since 2016, it is okay"
"I worked for Oracle from 2014-2019. I was brought in to work on customer issues. I was able to cover the product line for which I was hired, as well as to expand and perform work on their newer product lines. My primary function was sustaining engineering, but I also developed code on a Session Load Balancer project, and performed functions in QA, Performance testing and supporting efforts to keep the lab operational. My versatility and willingness to work where I can provide the most impact is one of my strengths."
"I have worked with Oracle since 1999. Oracle, a global provider of enterprise cloud computing, #81 on the 2017 Fortune 500 list, is empowering businesses of all sizes on their journey of digital transformation."
"Oracle provides good benefits according to people who have been at multiple companies. The health benefit premium seems high compared to other companies but the plan provides a variety of options. Flexibility is available and it highly depends on your direct supervisor. Quarter and fiscal year ends involve long hours and depending on your organization it may continue throughout the year. Management is a disappointment as it is not interested in analyst development. This is a good company to have on your resume for short term."
"I've worked at Oracle for several years. The company is a leader in cloud applications. The global footprint and resources are impressive. Oracle is a very strong company."
"Oracle America is a good company as well as provides lots of benefits but it is hard to find growth within."
"There is an overall lack of opportunity unless you come in as a college student in the Class Of program. Even if you have a Masters and multiple years of experience you will not have a chance to interview, and this was told to me directly by an internal recruiter. They pay women less than men, and it was proven when my male coworker told me how much he was making for the same job, which he wasn't doing too well at. I was a top performer and still had no opportunity for a promotion."
