What don't you like about working at PACCAR?
"Very conservative company that is traditionalist and demands things done accordingly. Also a few management issues. For one there was a lot of micro managing. Two, when I went to immediate Manager for feedback, clarification or questions, on whatever project I was currently working on, I was given the impression everything looked fine as is; however when the two of us would meet with senior management, the immediate manager's entire attitude changed, suddenly having all these bright ideas. Making individual look bad, while building her own image."

"Less micro managing, trust the people you hire to perform their job. Senior manager need to be more accessible to disclose issues between immediate supervisors Allow differences of opinions and changes. Allow for a more laid back environment"
