"Being an assistant store manager, I was responsible for a lot of things. I loved visually merchandising the store and making sure everything was organized."

"There is A LOT of work involved. It is very fun, but also can be very stressful if you don't know how to prioritize."

What don't you like about working at PacSun?

"Although I like being task oriented, I feel as though the tasks were not distributed in a smart fashion. Retail is about making numbers and money, but you can't do that without satisfying customers, and you can't satisfy customers as much if you're constantly making visual changes."

"Communicate with employees about more than just numbers. Suggesting how they can do better would help a lot."

"Be calm cool and relaxed. Have an awesome sense of humor"

"It was unorganized when I was there. We had had 3 or 4 different store managers in the year and a half I was there. Some of the people were out for drama. Also, I was not brought back after my maternity leave."

"To figure out what is important to the store. There were lots of unimportant tasks that I had to do instead of important things."
