"Make sure you have hard skin especially if your in management because you will get beat up a lot! Verbally!"

"There are really no incentives to do but the very bare minimum."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To make sure and give praise along side with all that constructive criticism. You can't just keep beating people down and expect them to want perform their duties. Also the lack of yearly raises is unheard of."
