What don't you like about working at PetSmart?
"PetSmart does not focus on the well-being of the animals. In the end it's all about the money. For example, if we have a sick guinea pig and are given the choice whether to continue treatment or just put it down, the manager would decide to put it down because it's cheaper."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were manager, I'd take people's availability into consideration."

"It was fun working with the animals, and customers were usually pleasant to help."
What don't you like about working at PetSmart?
"I didn't like the strict work uniform, and the mess of working with animals was not always compatible. Getting approval from management to get the tools and parts to maintain equipment was a chore."
