"Decent pay and benefits. You work long hours with no overtime. Routes will have you all over the place. Trucks are terribly loaded, basically just thrown in and doors closed. Warehouse is filthy and unorganized. Tractors have camera that watch and record your every move. Management and supervisors are lazy and wont answer your calls. Be prepared to work long, hard days. Everyday will be a new adventure.. Trans manager is a racist and drunk, complain and they will cut your pay and tell you to find another job. Turn over rate for drivers and warehouse workers is very high. This should be a job you take only until something better comes along"
"Plenty of responsibility without any authority to accomplish improvement. Work load is heavy and is becoming more so with Covid layoffs."
"I have worked for PFG for close to 5 years and it has been fun. I have learned so much and have created great relationships with my co-workers and customers. The company offers great benefits. Our products are amazing and easy to sell."

"The training I received and communicate from ( Sysco international university ) on Business Management, Staff Management, Fulfillment Operations, inventory control, Transportation logistics, labor reports, Shipping and Receiving, Fleet Operations, 3PL, cross dock,"
"I am interested in the Chief Financial Officer position in your company as advertised. I believe that the skills and experience that I have gained in my twenty years of practice make me an ideal candidate for the position of the controller in your organization. As a Controller, I have developed strong analytical skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare all Financial reports and all monthly and year-end closing. I am confident that my experience in Accounting and my analytical skills qualify me for consideration. If you would like, I can provide you with a sample of my work. I have also enclosed my resume. I look forward to meeting with you and discussing my qualifications in more detail. Sincerely, Stephen A. Jones"
"Not many opportunities to grow for me."
"If you can't say something good, don't say anything."
"The company has possibilities but only if the current VP of Sales realizes what his managing style is doing to the future success of the TPC. Due to his extreme micro managing, that many believe the President is unaware of, there have been an increased number of reps that have and will be leaving for better opportunities. It takes a TEAM to run a business, not one person."
"Yes very much, the company is very good. I changed industries to get out of the food business."
"Too much work and underpaid"
