"As a colleague that has worked in several Pfizer sites, I can say as a company it is an extremely good company. Each site would have its own culture and you would need to see how you as a person and professional would fit in that culture. I sympathize with the changes and modernization our latest CEO has brought to the organization. As any company, not everything is perfect. For the most part, there are mechanisms to make sure that things are done correctly from every standpoint, however, there are instances where these mechanisms are not effective."
