None. There are quite simply so many levels of management and they are bound by the constraints of being a 'pseudo' state agency. When I managed, I strove for integrity and fairness.
4.1I have worked at PHEAA since May of 2018 and I have found it to be a great place to work. The organization is going through a lot of changes so there are a lot of projects to keep up with but the experience is invaluable. There are a lot of great opportunities and they are always looking for talented people. PHEAA is an industry leader and the company has lots of potential for the future.
3.6This is a great place to work. I believe it could be so much better if they increased their hiring criteria and were more selective in hiring. It would allow them to pay their employees more, increasing loyalty and productivity.
