"I have been employed by PHH Mortgage for only a few short months. This company was acquired by my long time employer Ocwen Financial. The decision, once acquired, was to take on the name of PHHH and also adapt their policies and procedures, thus resulting in major layoffs and restructuring. Though I did not have the opportunity to work for PHH long enough, the company showed much promise and a significant change from the previous namesake. More employee engagement was promised and a clear and concise company mission."
