When I reached its campus at first I could see a big campus organized right from dealing with companies' official documents to maintaining FDA rules and regulations in every aspect of work life. Many of the senior engineers have extensive knowledge of their 6000 medical parts and dealing with FDA rules and audits. They have done a great job in addressing their consent decree at the right time. Beautiful campus, Great work area and profound rules and regulation which makes them one of the pioneers in the medical device industry"

"I enjoyed working for a global company with a name brand of Philips. In addition, selling products that helped millions of babies' lives in the NICU was a huge plus."

"My advice for anyone interviewing. Be yourself, prepare, prepare, prepare, and be yourself. Knowing the company you're interviewing with shows a commitment to the interviewer. You should never go in blind for any meeting, especially, an interview."

What don't you like about working at Philips Healthcare?

"The company was very procedural. The red taped stopped the creativity of the sales force and killed the culture we once enjoyed."

"Manage people for their accomplishments and what they bring to the table. Stop leading a company based on old boys school philosophies."
