"I worked with Philips >20 years. It's excellent international company."
"I have been working with Philips since 2019. Overall experienced very nice relationships with my Team and the business. Nice products and good company to work with."
"Great company to work for. The best part of my job was being a part of a supportive team. It can be a high-stress job, but having the right team to support you, whether it be with resources, information or just encouragement, it made all the difference. The company also provided ongoing training as needed."
"I am working in Philips Health care since 2018. When I reached its campus at first I could see a big campus organized right from dealing with companies' official documents to maintaining FDA rules and regulations in every aspect of work life. Many of the senior engineers have extensive knowledge of their 6000 medical parts and dealing with FDA rules and audits. They have done a great job in addressing their consent decree at the right time. Beautiful campus, Great work area and profound rules and regulation which makes them one of the pioneers in the medical device industry"
"I've worked for Philips for 2 years. Philips has a good life-work balance and good employee benefits. The environment is friendly. But the chance to get promoted is usually low."
"Very unprofessional company. Doesn't listen to any input from the people working the job. Holds you hostage in your job because they don't want to replace you and another person for the vacancy you want to move to. They would rather steal someone from another Philips division for the position."
"This company is one of the biggest healthcare companies with buildings in Andover, Bothel, and Singapore."
"I was at Philips/HP/Agilent for 20 years and have seen many changes, most not so favorable."
"I've worked with Philips since I was in junior year of college. Over the past 10 years, I've worked hard to learn and participate in how a global company operates. With a global company, decisions tend to be made slowly. I would like to work for a company that employs a faster decision-making process. I believe that there is a way to manage change while not letting enough time lapse before the change becomes an issue."
"Philips Healthcare is in constant change and restructuring. Leadership struggles with a consistent message, and they try to do too many thing on the cheap side of decisions. The morale of the field team is very low with many concerned with the company, versus focusing on the customer and getting business done. The core of PHILIPS is great with a good CEO in Amsterdam, the shame is that the HP legacy team in North America is a closed group and many are frustrated with this old HP group."
