"Be very careful. Many of the managers I worked for are gone now, but Philips is still more concerned with looking good to the shareholders and are less concerned with employee longevity. They would just as soon let good people walk out the door and hire someone cheaper with less of a work ethic."

"I wasn't given a chance to work on any other product for they had personnel that were working on these different products for a lot longer and were direct hires also."

"For the three years I was there our department was very understaffed for the amount of work expected of us. All the VP cared about was money. High turnover and work/life balance was oblivious to him."

"Suck up and hire more buyers for the parts department. You've got twice as many service department employees and they chat in the breakroom all day."
