"I didn't like working for the company with the understanding that there was little structure from within and made it stressful often times to control what was going on in the store."

"Make sure that you are not building friendships with your employees as it impacts the way that they respect you. When they think you are their friend, they think they should be able to get away with not doing the right things and often times leads to bigger problems."

"Being my first opportunity to work in a managerial position, I fell in love with the excitement presented by the company and my co-workers."

"Got less recognition than I deserved, had to threaten to quit before they'd even consider giving me a raise, then the raises I should have got were lumped together into one pitiful raise. I hated being there. I hated what I did for a living and could not wait to leave."

"Promote those who deserve it instead of giving a twenty year old girl whose been with the company 3 months a general manager job and her own store."
