"I’ve worked for Polaris teen center for almost a year now and I really like it. If you have a heart and desire to work hand in hand with teens this is the job for you. You spend all of your time helping them get through their time in treatment. Though it can be challenging, it is also very rewarding when you see the teenagers making progress in their treatment. The hours are good, benefits are good. The pay would be the only con. I personally don’t believe we get paid enough per hour but if you are looking to further a career in residential treatment this would be a great place to start."
