"I've worked at Praxair for 5 years in 6 different positions, it's an international company with more than 35,000 employees around the world. It's the second most important company in the industrial gases sector in the list of the 500 top companies, listed in Forbes magazine as the most important company of the sector in 2013. In 2014 they are expanding services to South America, Russia and the Emirates."

"The division of Praxair I worked for was a Joint Venture. The growth possibility for someone there were pretty slim. I worked really hard to grow the sales territory in Orlando, FL and was very successful doing so. While at Praxair, I also helped to develop the industrial Sector for welding equipment and supplies for Praxiar in Puerto Rico. I was happy with the my upper management but I needed to make more money for my family which is the reason I left."

"Praxair is a large and stable company this is a benefit but it is difficult to get new ideas accept by the old guard. There is a strong presence of 'this is how we have always done it'. If your looking for a safe place to hide and are not too interested in working on anything interesting then this could be the place for you."

"The challenges each day maintening the equipment daily and thinking of ways to inprove the process."

"Reconize your strength and weaknesses, ask many question regarding the expectations."

"The routine repeatadive tasks and the confined small facilities compound."

"Encouage personal growth and find a way for the small operations plants to interact with other operations."

"Upper management is concerned only about themselves. All had hidden agendas"

"Upper management, VP's and up. WAKE UP and take stock in your real assets. The EMPLOYEE. Not the share holders."

"The back stabbing, spineless cowards in upper management with self serving agendas"

"Wake up fellas. You're loosing the knowledge fast and you are heading for big issues. The people you keep do not have your best interest. BIG believer in Karma. Make employees the biggest Asset. Not your stock holders"
