"Company provides a lunch about once a month. Inexpensive Benefits. Friendly people."

"Do not accept the position. Only 4-5 employees EVER hit the top bonus tier."
What don't you like about working at imortgage.com?
"Certain managers should not be in management rolls, and are allowed to create a hostile work environment. Large amounts of overtime are required, to hit certain bonus tiers however the company refuses to justify overtime."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on the turnover. It is a direct result of poor/TERRIBLE middle management. Senior management is absolutely FANTASTIC, but oblivious to the issue at the middle manager level."

"Please do your due dilligence about the job you are applying for beofr eaccepting it. they d oihing s very different, not bad but differnet."

"the branch I work for likes to go around corpo rules"

"not micro manange, possibly understand if your employee is late once or twice due to an emergency instead of writting them up formally and threatening to fire constantly. I also dont like ot be asked to do things to get around items. I beleive in ethics."

"It offers top of the line technology and very supportive."

"It is an awesome company to work for. Make sure that you are willing to use the technology provided. It is state of the art."

"The branch I work in is not as open minded as the company as a whole and does not like change."

"Be more open to changes that will benefit the branch and more open to outside feedback."

"Be ready to get you feeling hurt and judge. There is always sometime that is being said and the owner dont care so its useless to even go to them."
