"Providing technical support has been the most rewarding job I have had. I love the fact that I get to utilize my innate apptitude for troubleshooting, the company highly regards intellect and tenacity. Overall I feel that it satisfies my need to work on puzzles, I love a good challenge and the immense satisfaction of finding a solution to a problem."
"I love to be the problem solver. If I am not able to solve the customer issues, I would like to take it to the next level and find resources to resolve their issues. I get a lot of satisfaction when I am able to help my customers.I do not like when I am not able to help the customers right away due to technical and time constraints."
"Have been in the customer service field for 15 years and enjoy helping people out. Only downside to this profession is not having the power or ability to solve more complicated issues that deal with software fixes (development side)."
"The work I did as a Product Support Specialist was both challenging and rewarding. I gained much of my experience with MS Excel while working as a PSS. The bulk of duties for the position were micromanaged and too many unnecessary procedures made the daily, even simple work more complex; my direct supervisor often complained about inefficiency and long turnaround times that were a direct result of his constant improvements."
