"One should be very concise in their answers but have the details at hand if needed. Broad generalities do not work well with the executives but they also do not want to get bogged down with excessive details."
What don't you like about working at PROMISE Technology?
"I believe the flexible start stop time paradigm has become too relaxed as it makes meeting scheduling very difficult at times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Institute an on-going mandated all hands meeting on a monthly not quarterly basis."
