"There was too much personal drama between divorcing owners and it did not provide a healthy or happy working environment for any of the workers. I did my best to shield the other employees from fallouts but there is only so much one can do."

"I suggest that the owners learn how to keep their personal issues at the door when coming to work"

"The System Office and Regional leadership don't play well together... I was hired to fulfill a specific function, yet feel my effectiveness was stifled as a result of the push back from regional IT leadership directed at the System Office. With no hope for successful delivery of security solutions I opted to provide my skills to another organization that really needed me."

"Institute peer reviews that focus on collaborative system office/regional leadership successes and shortfalls. Make the results of these reviews a significant/major component of annual reviews, tied to compensation plans/bonuses."
