"Yes it was a very positive experience working with this company."
"Being a contractor, I have been working with several different QA teams on different types of assignments; software, hardware, and lab engineer. I love the work in general, and especially like the changing environments; also like that, as a contractor, I don't have to get involved in the office politics."
"I loved the manual testing. Interacting with customers."
"I consider myself as a perfectionist, so I love doing what I do, and I'm very good at it."
"I loved to be a part of QA because work type is really very interesting. I like the challenge and scenarios in application, which is complex and debatable. QA job is a real challenging job and I like challenges. Thinking while testing and scenarios and arguing with the dev team is excitement in the work. For good QA it is necessary to have good social skills so that the developer accepts your work."
"In my current role, I got the opportunity to working with great people, using latest technologies available, in a challenging and motivating environment. Sometimes I needed to work overtime especially when the sprint ending and providing sign-offs, that put some pressure on my role. Still I like that challenges as I learned to manage and organize my work even during stressful periods."
"I love the everyday challenges and I hate when development decisions are made in the boardroom."
"I like facing all challenging tasks been assigned."
"I appreciate supporting the development team and when we put out a product I like the feeling of a complete idea turned into reality."
"As a QA engineer, I am able to make a difference. To see each issue as an opportunity to change for the better. I like all of the differences and the challenge to find what works best. The testers do not like managers, because every time there is an issue in production environment, the management would question the testing team why this defect was missed during the testing cycle and who missed the issue instead of doing the root cause analysis for the defect."
"Very good chance to do everything with devices pre released and you can learn also about the newest in everything; network, devices and RF."
"QA is usually a fun place to be. Feelings are a little more relaxed than those of the developers. Until the project get close to release time and thus you have a little more pressure. But those are short times, usually, and once the product ships, you have a little time, maybe a week, then get right back into testing the next thing. Be it patches for the product that was released or working on the next update for that product. Or if that product is done, then hopefully on to the next job."
