"They like to encourage us to keep educated on new technologies. It was fun to keep on the cutting edge of technology."

"At this point they are downsizing in our area and starting to outsource."
What don't you like about working at QCSA Direct?
"After the merger, things went awry. Benefits went up more than 3x and bonuses were promised but never paid. They also started denying vacations the day before you are supposed to leave for your vacation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management after the merger needs to become more family friendly. People worked hard and depend on time away."

"Make sure they clearly understand that fact this is a web start up and all the good and bad that goes with that."
