"I understand it is an entry level position, but I wish they would also base your salary on your existing experience. I came with 8 years of banking experience and still started at the bottom of the salary chain with other people who came from paint stores or other places non-financial institution related. I took a pay cut in order to get the job, but I felt it was necessary. It was nice when I completed Public Records training and got a $1/hour raise as soon as I passed the test. The bonus structure leaves some to be desired, though, especially when about 40% is taken away by taxes."
