"I've worked with QVC for five years. QVC is currently in a traditional stage with their business structure; however the company has continuously placed an emphasis on their culture & business priorities."
"QVC is an incredible employee-focused and fun environment to work in. In IT, we are encouraged to try things and, not fail, but learn fast. We embrace a "fun along the way culture", taking time to celebrate our achievements. Unfortunately, my fear is the retail industry may not be sustainable 3 to 5 years from now given the competition from Amazon."
"I have worked at QVC for 7 years and have seen a lot of change. From being bought by a new parent company and merging parts of our company with HSN, I have found a lot has been lost. Jobs have changed, responsibilities have been added and there is a general stress about the campus. One thing that has been lost is the appreciation and value of its employees. Some of these changes have been beneficial, but QVC has a lot more changes to make to bring itself into the 21st century. Shopping and retail in general has evolved a lot, and QVC has not kept up. Hopefully, those updates are in the works."
"Good company, good benefits. However, a lot of changes occurring and with changes comes culture and or company value concerns."

"The workload is overwhelming and upper management turns a deaf ear. You are considered a nuisance when you try to address solutions to workload, and everyone feels that saying anything will be a black mark on your record. Upper management never forgets a mistakes and never gives credit for a job well done. This is a very political company. In the several years I worked there, nothing changed for the better, including the product. There's a lot of focus on 'climbing the ladder'- very little on actual progress for the product of the company."
